He also pointed out that “enable” was spun off due to the great pressure imposed on demanding more digitally enabled services and the acceleration of digital transformation nationwide, as repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that it was extremely important to be able to expand the company’s service offering is not only the contact center solution but also business process outsourcing which is of growing importance.
